ADU Makeover
We took this 1920’s era carriage house that had updated electrical and plumbing and turned it into a brand new accessory dwelling unit, which makes for a great guesthouse or AirBnb. We leveled the badly damaged subfloor in the living space, and refinished the kitchenette and bathroom. We kept some of the original charm that was in the space while giving it a more modern feel.
Attic to Primary Suite
This early 1900’s attic was completely unfinished, except for a small half finished bedroom. We created an oasis in their brand new primary suite, which included a closed bedroom space, open living area, and custom bathroom. We added new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, replaced the windows with energy efficient ones, and installed real maple flooring throughout to give the space warmth.
